Vision
Our vision is to drive the creation and delivery of educational content for the CPCU Society which helps our members improve their business performance. The educational content we produce will focus on the application of total quality principles, managerial techniques, and the development of leadership competencies.
Mission
To fully utilize the talents and resources of the Leadership and Managerial Excellence (LME) Interest Group, other Interest Groups, general CPCU membership, and outside CPCU partnerships to gather and share total quality best practices, principles, and expertise, in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the insurance and risk management industry’s leadership and management. This will be accomplished through continuous improvement utilizing skill and process improvement, employee involvement and training, and customer orientation processes.
